You know it isn't easy for a some what over the hill musician and singer/song writer and a sometime performer to make his music viable in a digital world with younger artist & musicians who have the advantage of youth, knowledge of navigational skills around the internet and the endless energy to put in to it as well as a great high speed network. Well, I guess you can see where this post is going..
I am asking for your support and help. I need those of you that fallow me at my many music artist pages and other social networking hubs to If you are able, to "Like" what I have to express either about my music or music from other artist. and be honest enough to say what you don't and let me know. Sometimes a negative view is worth more than a more favorable one in the outcome of opinions, and helps me to take a more open opinion in what I am trying to express in my own.
I need for you to re-post my posts when you are able and especially those dealing with up coming events & performances.
I have been my own worst PR guy for a long time.I have been struggling in how to create a lasting fan base for a while, trying to self-promote my music and without the help of a strong street team,. it just doesn't work vary well. So that's where your efforts are needed. I need your help in this way.
This is hard for me to say, but I just don't have the support team that I had when I started this back in 2009 and it reflects in the amount of live gigs and Cd sales, but more over it reflects in the quality of the art of making good-great music..
I am planning on putting on Cd release party's in the next few weeks and that is where again those efforts I've talked about above will help. This will help with the expense of distribution as well as promotion. I will also be promoting the "Home Concert Event" that I have on my web site at (http://
